1. The seller

The online store urur.com is operated by:
Berserker AS
Org. no. 923 845 542 MVA
Sanden 1, 3264 Larvik, Norway
Email: amalie@urur.com

These terms apply to all purchases made by consumers at urur.com. The purchase is governed by Norwegian law, including the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Cancellation Act (angrerettloven) and the E-Commerce Act (ehandelsloven). These terms do not limit your rights under mandatory consumer legislation.

2. The agreement

The agreement consists of these terms, the information given in the checkout and in the order confirmation. The agreement is binding once we have received your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that it is correct and contact us immediately if anything is wrong.

URUR is released in limited drops. Products are available while stock lasts, and we do not restock. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we will inform you and refund any amount paid for that item without undue delay.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include 25% Norwegian VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the checkout before you confirm your order. See our Shipping policy.

For deliveries outside Norway, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees in the destination country may apply. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer.

4. Payment

Payment is made in the checkout using the payment methods shown there. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details. Your card is charged when the order is placed.

5. Delivery

We ship from our warehouse in Norway. Delivery times and options are described in our Shipping policy. Risk for the goods passes to you when you, or someone you have designated, receive the goods. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days beyond what was agreed, you may cancel the purchase.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act. The period starts the day after you receive the goods. How to use your right of withdrawal, return goods and receive a refund is described in our Returns, withdrawal and refund policy. You can use our standard withdrawal form, but this is not required.

7. Defects and complaints

If the product has a defect, you may make a complaint (reklamasjon) under the Consumer Purchases Act. You must notify us within a reasonable time after you discovered, or should have discovered, the defect. The deadline for complaints is two years from receipt, or five years for goods intended to last substantially longer. Contact us at amalie@urur.com with your order number, a description of the defect and photos.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase. We cover the costs of returning defective goods.

8. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act. See our Privacy policy.

9. Disputes

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us first. We will try to find a solution. If we cannot agree, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation at forbrukerradet.no. Consumers resident in the EU may also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country. Disputes may be brought before the Norwegian courts.
