Hotjar may also use local storage and session storage when its tracking code is active. These technologies are treated as analytics technologies and are subject to the same consent choice as Hotjar cookies. Hotjar acts as a processor for its customers and its service can process data such as device/browser information, country-level location, pages visited and interaction data.
The _fbp and _fbc cookies set by the Meta Pixel have a maximum lifetime of 90 days.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
URUR uses Meta Pixel together with Meta Conversions API through the Shopify integration.
The Meta Pixel can collect information about actions taken on our website, such as viewing a product, adding an item to the cart, beginning checkout or completing a purchase.
Conversions API enables certain event information to also be transmitted from Shopify to Meta through server-to-server communication. Server-side processing does not itself require a browser cookie, but may be combined with browser identifiers and other information for advertising measurement, attribution and optimisation.
Marketing tracking is subject to your consent where required by applicable law.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated website usage, including visitor and session statistics, device and browser information and approximate geographic information. Google Analytics uses first-party identifiers such as _ga to distinguish visitors and sessions.
Analytics cookies are only intended to be used after analytics consent where consent is required.
Hotjar
We use Hotjar to understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve usability and the shopping experience. Depending on the Hotjar features enabled, this can include information about pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device characteristics and session interactions.
