Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Drøbak, Norway. Orders are normally packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Shipping within Norway

International shipping
We ship to selected countries outside Norway for a flat rate of NOK 149. Available countries and the final shipping cost are shown in the checkout. Delivery normally takes 3–10 business days after shipping, depending on the destination.
Customs and duties: Norway is not part of the EU. For deliveries outside Norway, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may be charged by the carrier or customs authorities in the destination country. These costs are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer.
Delays and missing parcels
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, holidays or high volumes around drops. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, contact us at amalie@urur.com with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier.
Unclaimed parcels that are returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and the return cost charged by the carrier.
