14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party you have designated, receive the goods. If an order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to withdraw

To use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by sending a clear statement by email to amalie@urur.com. Include your name, order number and which items you are returning. You may use our standard withdrawal form, but this is not required.

Returning the goods

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Return the goods to:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Mark the parcel with your order number.

Condition of the goods

You may examine the goods as you would in a physical store, for example by trying on a garment. Items should be returned unused, unwashed and with tags attached. If the goods have been handled more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, you may be liable for the resulting reduction in value.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we received your notice of withdrawal. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard option, we will not refund the additional cost. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have shown proof that they have been returned, whichever is earlier.

The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Exchanges

URUR is released in limited drops without restocks, so we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you want a different size, return the item for a refund and place a new order while stock lasts.

Defective or incorrect items

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, contact us at amalie@urur.com with your order number and photos. We cover the return cost for defective or incorrect items. Your rights under the Consumer Purchases Act are described in our Terms and conditions.
